Locks Warranty Service

LOCKLY tested all products to ensure the functionality and integrity. Subject to the terms and conditions, LOCKLY provides a two-year product warranty for smart locks sold by LOCKLY authorized dealers.

For all smart locks sold by the authorized dealers, LOCKLY provides repair and replacement service, except, for natural wear, tear and aging, misuse, abuse misapplication (non-alkaline battery), accident, unauthorized outdoor use, unauthorized repair & modifications.

Λ Warranty period begins once the lock is registered on LOCKLY's mobile App, along with a copy of sales receipt.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This warranty is valid in Hong Kong SAR only.

2. Thsi warranty is void for unauthorized outdoor use.

3. One week notice is required for change of date and time of the Service booked. Additional fee of HKD 200 will be charged for any cancellation or change without 1 week notice.

4. Customer MUST ensure at least 1 backup key can be access during emergency lockout situation(ex: out of battery), LOCKLY will not responsible for any associated fee to open the door.

5. An extra transportation fee of HKD 400 will be charged for service required in remote area not accessible by regular public transportation.

6. Any service charges paid by customers are not refundable nor transferrable.

7. Customer should inspect the job done by the technician and sign the "Installation and Testing Record" to acknowledge acceptance of products and/or services completed. LOCKLY will not responsible for any claims of damages thereafter.

8. If improper use (ex: batteries leakage) or any damages cause by negligence is identified during our service, the warranty is void. Customer is required to pay for all service fee separately.

9. The warranty is void immediately for unauthorized repair, modification by third party not pre-approved by LOCKLY. Any losses or responsibility should be borne by the customer.

10. "Alkaline Battery" MUST be used at all time or the warranty is void immediately.

11. On-site warranty for maintenance is applicable for servicing product malfunction only. General daily use and operation under normal environment are excluded. (i.e. change of batteries, oil lubrication, cleaning, user setting)

12. Please keep the serial number and initial code card with care. LOCKLY will charge HKD 400 for look up the initial code if needed.

13. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

14. LOCKLY reserves all rights to make final decision.
