COVID-19 Shipment Update for Lockly Customers
Covid-19 has caused the nationwide retail closings and a dramatic shift to direct-to-consumer commerce. This has overwhelmed the FedEx, UPS, USPS and our In-Home Delivery Partners. As a result, delays in the availability of tracking information and in traditional ship times are being impacted and sometimes greatly extended. These factors are impacting all direct-to-consumer commerce and are beyond our ability to control or forecast. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
